In 1915, Dr. G.W. Ferfuson took 1000 school children in Virginia, divided them into 5 racial categories, and tested them for mental aptitude. On average. full-blooded Negroes scored 69.2% as high as Whites. Three-quarter Negroes scored 73.0% as high as Whites. One-half Negroes scored 81.2% as high as Whites. One-quarter Negroes scored 91.8% as high as Whites. All of these Blacks lived as and considered themselves "Negroes." Their environments and "advantages" or disadvantages were exactly the same.

I who is a well educated black woman is a little disturbed by this. I grew up in the hood. But I graduated with Honors, on the National Honor Society, and I was captain of my cheer leading and dance team. I'm a sophomore in college and is doing quite well. Both my parents are college graduates. Rich Black people aren't the only ones who are highly educated.

No I've been in the richest black area in America and these people most likely never had a "low test grade." Blacks can be just as smart, if not smarter than whites. What it really comes down to is your determination. Blacks and Spanish normally don't have a role model to look up to. They have no excuse now. The British went over to South Africa and made a strong nation (which is falling now due to negro rule). Caucasians migrated to Egypt, where negro Nubians existed, and created a great civilization. Again, it fell after the Caucasians were outnumbered or left. How come the nation of Portugal rose in four centuries to be the wealthiest most powerful country in the world.By 1550, at the height of Portugal's power, one-tenth of its population were Blacks. Today, Portugal's population is described as one of the most homogeneous in Europe, having slowly absorbed the Negroid gene pool. Its workers are the lowest paid in Europe and they have the highest rate of illiteracy and a high infant mortality rate. Some say it is the most backward nation in Europe. Why is this? Why was a nation great populated by Caucasians, then it died when populated by Negroes?

Egypt fell after the Roman invasion. And stop using Caucasian as a word for white. Whites are not the only Caucasians and Arabs don't classify as whites.

God damn man. All those questions. Am I suppose to know just cause I'm black? Looking at history i think its also fair to say that caucasians simply don't have the ability to run a successful nation without exploitation of others peoples. Why is that? Since your white, you MUST have the answer
